摘要
Nowadays, novel metal spinning methods emerges continuously with the development of spinning mechanism and the innovation of spinning technology.The novel metal spinning methods, such as the spinning methods of non-axisymmetric parts spinning and non-circular cross-section parts spinning developed based on the innovation of the movement method of rollers and blank, the tooth-shaped parts spinning method developed based on the innovation of the shape of rollers and mandrel, and forming cylindrical parts with nano/ultrafine grain structure by stagger power spinning developed based on the innovation of combining the spinning and heat treatment technologies, were introduced in detail.The novel spinning method, the forming process and research status were summarized comprehensively; furthermore, the development prospect of the spinning technology was forecasted.
