<正>建设工程合同是指承包人进行工程建设,发包人支付价款的合同(中国《合同法》第269条)。A construction project contract means a contract whereby the contractor undertakes the construction of the project and the contract letting party pays the price(269,Contract Law of the PRC).所以,有关价款及其支付(money and payments)直接关涉合同当事人的权利义务,就成了建设工程合同中必须予以定义的内容。
