摘要

  Starch-based material has been more and more valued for its stability and biodegradability.However the limited barrier and mechanical properties restrained the application of this green material in packaging.Different concentration of Na-MMT in HPS led to the various proportion of exfoliated,intercalated and micro-separated nanocomposites in the films.With the increasing of Na-MMT concentration,the mechanical property of the films transferred from elastic state to rigid state.The Na-MMT in the exfoliated structure distributed homogeneously in the matrix and shielded the exposure of-OH in the HPS,thus the water barrier property was obviously improved.This study investigated the distribution of Na-MMT in the HPS matrix and the interaction among HPS,glycerol and Na-MMT.Especially it was focused on the mechanical property and water barrier property of the nanocomposites.
