摘要
Experiments were conducted on a 0.25 t/d circulating fluidized bed (CFB) gasifier to develop a CFB gasification method to produce syngas. The effects of oxygen concentration and oxygen-to-coal ratio were studied via experiments and thermodynamic equilibrium calculations. The steam gasification reaction was enhanced when the oxygen concentration in the gasifying agent was increased from 21% to 60% and steam was used to maintain the operation temperature. CO yields,H2 yields, carbon conversion, and cold gas efficiency were improved by this enhancement. As the oxygen-to-coal ratio increased from 0.41 m3/kg to 0.56 m3/kg,the steam gasification reaction was barely enhanced, and the CO and H2 yields decreased. Evolution of the gas composition under increasing oxygen concentrations was verified by ther-modynamic equilibrium calculations, and results indicated that CO yields,H2 yields, and values could be improved by better thermal insulation and longer residence time.
