摘要

  This paper through to the 6 strains of staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical after conventional biochemical detection and identification,cultivate the strains in TSB medium in 37℃ under overnight train,then inoculate them to six-hole plate in order to set up a biofilm model.Scrape biofilms to sterile PEP tube,simulate food-working conditions to heat the samples,detect the quantity of carboxymethyl lysine in biofilms by LC-MS method.The results showed that all six strains of staphylococcus aureus bacteria contain CML but have different content.This study based on the biofilm of CML quantitatively,mastering the production of poisonous and harmful chemical substances in the biofilm,initiative to change passive treatment as prevention.Prospectively studied various microbial safety problems associated with sugar biological safety,provide a scientific basis for the safety control in the field of food processing problems caused by staphylococcus aureus bacteria biofilm.
