Con el objetivo de analizar la funci車n del profesional de la informaci車n como arquitecto de informaci車n, as赤 como la procedencia y afiliaci車n de los profesionales que escriben sobre arquitectura, organizaci車n y dise o de la informaci車n, se realiz車 una b迆squeda de la literatura registrada en diferentes bases de datos, motores y sitios relacionados con el tema. Se explora un grupo de aspectos te車ricos-conceptuales relacionados con esta tem芍tica , as赤 como la procedencia y afiliaci車n de los profesionales que escriben sobre el tema objeto de estudio. El profesional de la informaci車n, debido a conocimientos sobre organizaci車n y presentaci車n de la informaci車n, pueden desempe arse como un arquitecto de informaci車n eficiente de sitios Web. With the objective of analyzing the function of the information professional as an information architect, as well as the origin and affiliation of the professionals that write about information architecture, organization and design, a search was carried out on the registered literature, different databases and search engines related to the subject. A group of theoretical-conceptual aspects is explored related to this subject, as well as the origin and affiliation of the professionals that write about this object of study. The information professional, due to his know-how on organization and presentation of the information, can perform as architect of efficient information websites.
