The interaction between China and the US over cybersecurity has plunged into mutual opposition, causing a dilemma of cybersecurity cooperation and negatively impacting China-US relations. A more negative attitude of US society to China supports policymakers in their assertive anti-China concept of security. Because this situation will prevail and will further aggravate competition, repositioning China-US cyber relations and maintaining its stability is of great significance for the two sides to avoid conflicts, build trust, and explore limited cyber cooperation.
