摘要
This paper studies antioxidant activity of extracts from Sugar cane bark with three methods:acidified methanol,ultrasonic-assisted,double-enzyme (fungal amylase and cellulase).Then antioxidant activity of extracts with different methods are compared by using the reduction ability and hydroxyl radical,DPPH ·,ABTS +,ORAC antioxidant free radical scavenging ability of indicators.For hydroxyl radical scavenging ability,values of IC50 of double enzyme is 28.89mg (with cane bark powder,the same below)/mL,assisted method's is 33.03mg /mL,and acidified methanol method requires 36.09mg/mL;for DPPH · radical scavenging activity,values of IC50:acidified methanol method (12.70mg (with cane bark powder,the same below)/mL)>ultrasonic assisted method (10.52mg/mL)> double-enzyme (9.02mg/mL);for values of IC50 of ABTS+ radical scavenging,double-enzyme's is 19.70mg (with cane bark powder,the same below)/mL,ultrasound-assisted method's is22.1 lmg/mL,and acidified methanol method's is 31.60mg/mL;for ORAC Radical Absorbance ability,double enzyme (909.5±27.42μmol Trolox/g)>ultrasonic assisted method (760.53±11.58μmol Trolox/g)>acidified methanol method (363.57±29.168μmol Trolox/g).Research shows that double-enzyme is the most effective for the antioxidant activity of extraction of Sugar cane bark anthocyanin,which will further improve the theoretical basis of development and utilization of sugar cane bark.
