摘要

For multi-terminal hybrid HVDC systems, accurate fault transient calculation is the basis for the parameter design and the control and protection strategy research. In this paper, a fault transient calculation method considering the control characteristics of different converter stations for multi-terminal hybrid HVDC systems is proposed. First, the equivalent model considering the control systems of LCC rectifier station and MMC inverter station is built in complex frequency domain. Then, the distributed parameter model of DC overhead lines considering the frequency-dependent characteristics is established, and the nodal impedance matrix of multi-terminal hybrid HVDC system is derived. On this basis, the fault nodal voltages and fault branch currents are calculated in complex frequency domain. To transfer the calculations to the time domain, the inverse Laplace transform is adopted. Finally, the proposed method can be verified by comparisons with PSCAD/EMTDC simulation. And the results show that the proposed method has advantages of accuracy and high efficiency in fault calculation of the DC side. ?2023 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
