摘要
Dried sunflower disk was used as biomass raw material to produce activated carbon through hydrothermal treatment with phosphoric acid. Subsequently it was dried and activated with a certain amount of KOH at high temperature. The activation temperature, activation time, amount of H3PO4 addition, and amount of KOH addition were compared through its resulting activated carbon's specific surface area. The sunflower disk activated carbon was examined through single factor experiments. The results show that the activation temperature of 900℃, the activation time of 30 minutes, the volume ratio of hydrothermal solvent H3PO4 to H2O of 20: 15, an impregnation ratio of 4.0, are the best conditions to prepare the highest specific surface area in present activated carbon, reaching 2843.96 m2/g. The pore volume is 1.89 cm3/g and the average pore size is 2.99 nm. ? 2020, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd. All right reserved.
