摘要
aging and changes in the epidemiologic profile of the population are contributing factors for the increasing number of older adults undergoing renal replacement therapy. this study describes the main characteristics of older adults undergoing dialysis and the health care delivery system, including the specialized and individualized nursing care to address the needs of the older adults attending dialysis centers.
