摘要

学业拖延是指学生主动推迟自己理性上应该完成或想要完成的学习任务,以至导致和预期相差较大的行为结果,并伴随着不良情绪体验的一种心理状态。学业拖延不仅会导致学生较差的学习结果,其伴随的负性情绪对学生心理健康也有消极影响。因此,本研究试图通过问卷调查和个案访谈对中学生学业拖延与时间管理倾向现状进行调查研究,并在此基础上对学业拖延与时间管理倾向的关系进行验证和探讨,从而为中学生学业拖延的改善,心理健康水平的提高提供帮助。 本研究以832名中学生为研究对象,以Aitken拖延问卷(中学生版)、青少年时间管理倾向量表为研究工具,调查中学生学业拖延和时间管理倾向的现状以及二者的关系,并根据前期的调查结...
