摘要
The article intends to reflect on some reject and apparent lack of concern from women (which is sometimes interpreted as incapacity) to take part and compete in the toughest branches of science, as well as to compete for elevated positions in the field of politics. The usual interpretations forget the permanence of an essentially androcentric model, anchored in the subjectivity and gender, in the conception of the subject of science and citizenship. The conditions of access of women to the institutions can not be discussed, without discussing first the legitimacy of a model that is pretended to be neutral and a genuine expression of nature, in the case of science and expression of human condition , in the case of politics. This discussion acquires a special interest in the latin-american context, when a geopolitical debate about center and periphery is not given place to. El art赤culo intenta reflexionar sobre cierta renuencia y aparente desinter谷s de las mujeres (que a veces se pretende interpretar como incapacidad) para intervenir y competir en las ramas m芍s duras de la ciencia, as赤 como en elevadas posiciones en el campo de la pol赤tica. Las interpretaciones habituales olvidan la vigencia de un modelo esencialmente androc谷ntrico, anclado en la subjetividad y el g谷nero, en la concepci車n del sujeto de la ciencia y de la ciudadan赤a. No pueden discutirse meramente las condiciones de acceso de las mujeres a las instituciones, sin discutir primero la legitimidad de un modelo que se pretende neutro, genuino reflejo de la naturaleza, en el caso de la ciencia o de la condici車n humana , en pol赤tica. Esta discusi車n adquiere especial relieve en el contexto latinoamericano, cuando no se hace lugar al debate geopol赤tico sobre centro y periferia.
