This present work starts from a critical review of the diverse approaches that attempt to locate the economic fact within the social system and the perspective that Ethics adopts on the economy. On these grounds, the reconstruction of the Das Adam Smith Problem allows us to establish the foundations of an integrating socioeconomic rationality. At the same time, the proposal of an integrative ethics that surpasses the traditional dichotomies between facts and values and the split between economic and social rationality, would allow us to overcome the errors that ethical analysis makes in its judgments on the internal logic of Economics. El presente trabajo propone una revisi車n cr赤tica de los diversos enfoques que proponen situar el hecho econ車mico dentro del social, as赤 como de las perspectivas que la 谷tica adopta sobre la econom赤a. Partiendo de este an芍lisis, el replanteamiento del Das Adam Smith Problem permite sentar las bases de una racionalidad socioecon車mica integradora. 谷sta propuesta de una 谷tica y econom赤a integrativas supera las dicotom赤as tradicionales entre hechos y valores y la escisi車n entre racionalidad econ車mica y social, as赤 como, los errores que el an芍lisis 谷tico comete en sus juicios sobre la l車gica interna de la Ciencia Econ車mica.
