La arquitectura brasile a ha cultivado su cercan赤a con la ingenier赤a estructural: a trav谷s de voladizos y grandes luces, provee espacios interiores abiertos, aireados y ligeros. Este dise o -desde S o Paulo para Lugano- recupera esa dimensi車n en una planta baja sombreada y enteramente entregada a la calle y sus recorridos; ella sirve como plaza de encuentro para residentes y oficinistas del edificio. Structural engineering and Brazilian architecture have proved their close relationship: cantilevers and large spans provide open, airy spaces. Designed from S o Paulo to be built in Switzerland, this building proposes a ground floor plan entirely handed over to the street, as a shortcut and meeting space for its residents and office workers.
