<正>At 13:40 Beijing time on September 21, a LM-4 B carrier rocket lifted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and successfully launched the HY-2 C satellite into orbit.HY-2 C, the second ocean dynamic detection series satellite that was constructed under the National Civil Space Infrastructure Plan, was developed by the China Academy of Space Technology, CASC. It can provide all-weather and round-theclock observation of wave height, sea surface height, wind and temperature.
