摘要
Rice bran oil, rich in many kinds of active compounds, is a valuable nutrition of vegetable oil. Rice bran is rich inlipase of high activity, which makes the acid value of the crude rice bran oil high. Therefore, it is particular important to meet the high deacidification efficiency demand in oil-refined industries as well as the high retention of active substances in rice bran oil products. Different deacidification processes significantly affect the quality of rice bran oil. In the present paper, the deacidification processes in China and overseas countries were introduced, and the methods of distillation deacidification, membrane separation deacidification, ultrasonic assisted-refined deacidification, solvent-extraction deacidification, chemical alkali-refined deacidification and enzymatic catalyzed esterification deacidification for rice bran oil, etc. were summarized and generalized to provide a scientific reference for the deacidification processing of rice bran oil in the future of research.
