摘要

The 2 K hybrid cooling system has special advantages in applications such as superconducting single photon detector and deep space exploration. In this paper, theoretical and experimental investigations on the space use hybrid cooling system were conducted, especially on its multi-stage linear compressor unit. Through establishing the linear compressor model, analyses and optimizations on the dynamic characteristics of the DC linear compressor and those of the composed multi-stage compressor unit were also put forward. Once coupled with the J-T system and multi-stage pulse tube cryocooler, a lowest temperature of 2.13 K was obtained with helium-4 as the working gas, and the corresponding pressure ratio reaches 100 above.
