摘要
The application of degradable barrier coatings in paper-based food packaging was reviewed. Firstly, the barrier mechanism and rheological features of the coatings were systematically introduced. Then, the effects of substrate material characteristics on coating structure and material barrier ability were analyzed. Finally, The advantages, disadvantages and modification methods of five common degradable polymer coating materials (nanocellulose, PVA, PHB, PLA, starch) were contrasted and summarized, and their application value was prospected.
