Traditional plastic packaging materials could not effectively maintain the freshness of food, and inevitably produced chemical migration to the interior, which would bring adverse effects on food safety. Therfore, bioactive packaging materials became a research hotspot. It could not only meet the requirements of green environmental protection, but also prolong the shelf life of food, with a very broad application prospect in the field of food packaging.
