摘要
India’s current "Connect Central Asia" policy, motivated by strategic considerations to shape the regional security pattern, safeguard energy security, expand economic opportunities and highlight the country’s major-power influence, has achieved remarkable results in political and security fields but failed to meet expectations in economics and connectivity. There are both advantages and disadvantages for India to advance its Central Asia agenda.
