摘要

At this stage,there are many types of electricity loads in building groups and the electricity consumption habits vary greatly,and the new building groups should be used to cluster control the controllable load under the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of distribution network. Therefore,a new two-stage robust optimization method of building group aggregator considering multiple uncertainties and user dynamic power consumption satisfaction is proposed,so as to realize the cluster control of flexible load. Based on various factors such as user response psychology and endowment effect,the uncertainty of flexible load response expectation is modeled by the weighted method improved by continuous interval argument ordered weighted averaging operator. Considering the dynamic power consumption satisfaction of building group users,the potential game model is established with the operating costs of aggregators,and the two-stage robust optimization is carried out. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the case study,and the results show that the proposed model and method are conducive to improving the resilience of the new building group power grid and aggregators to resist uncertain risks. ? 2024 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
