摘要
Aiming at the problem of conservative safety margin under traditional active power control modes of cluster wind power, an adaptive section margin control method for cluster wind power based on a cyber-physics system(CPS) architecture was proposed. In terms of the power response characteristics of wind farms, a dynamic implementation for section margin calculation was suggested. According to the dynamic calculation results of section margin and the generation state of wind farms, the operation modes of wind farms were dynamically adjusted to realize the self-adaptation between cluster wind power and operation section. A case study based on the actual data of a regional power grid proves that the as-proposed method can reduce wind abundance by about 21.4%, and reduce the section off-limit-time by 33.3% at the same time. The as-proposed method can improve the utilization rate and reduce the out-of-limit time of operation section. ? 2020, Editorial Department of Journal of Shenyang University of Technology.
