<正>Objective To improve the technology of Guanxin Ⅱprescription and observe its effect on cardiac function in rats after acute myocardial infarction( AMI).Methods The extraction process of Guanxin Ⅱ prescription was improved and optimized to obtain the filtrate and purified eluent and the main components were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.
