摘要
F-3 hybrids (MC) were obtained from crosses of female blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala, MA) and male topmouth culter (Culter alburnus, CA). The growth, intestinal structure, microbiota, and digestive enzymes of MC, MA, and CA were compared and analyzed for differences. The specific growth rate of MC was 1.71 +/- 0.07%.d(-1), and this was significantly higher than that of MA and CA. MC and MA have more developed intestinal structures than CA, with higher lipase and amylase activity. The core microbiota of MC, CA, and MA consist of Firmicutes, Fusobacteria, and Proteobacteria, with significant differences in abundance. These differences may lead to differences in their gut digestive potential. Overall, this study demonstrates that MC exhibits remarkable growth advantages over its parents, and the intestinal structure, digestive enzyme activity, and intestinal microbial composition of MC differ significantly from those of its parents.
