摘要

Alumina is one of the most abundant and active minerals in the soil, which can affect the migration and transformation of chromium(Cr)in the soil. The Cr(Ⅵ)reducing bacteria in the soil can reduce Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ). This study discussed the effect of Cr(Ⅵ)reducing bacteria on the adsorption of Cr by aluminum oxide. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of γ-alumina for Cr(Ⅵ)was significantly stronger than that of α-alumina under a pH of 4. The crystal structure of α-alumina, γ-alumina, and Cr(Ⅵ)reducing bacteria was not affected after mixing the culture with strain Microbacterium sp. QH-2. However, the presence of strain QH-2 increased the adsorption capacity of α-alumina and γ-alumina to Cr.
