摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary Saccharina japonica and Pyropia yezoensis hydrolysates (Sj and Py) treatment on the growth, biochemistry, and immunity of hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus female x Epinephelus lanceolatu male). The adding 0.1% of Sj and Py to the diet (SjE and PyE) was fed to hybrid grouper for 8 weeks, respectively. The results showed that the SjE and PyE feeding have the potential to significantly improve fish weight gain, survival rate, and specific PyE could reduce the content of triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol to maintain body health. SjE and PyE could improve immunity enzyme LZM, AKP, and ACP and increase the activity of digestion enzyme PR and AMS and antioxidant enzyme SOD. In addition, SjE and PyE may reduce the conditionally pathogenic bacteria and increase the probiotics content, and improve nutrient uptake in the intestines. In an 8-day challenge experiment, SjE and PyE improved fish survival, increased specific immune indices, and improved intestinal morphology and resistance to Vibrio harveyi. Sj and Py can be new aquafeed additives for aquatic animals, which can effectively improve aquatic disease problems.
