摘要

Energy storage has become an indispensable support technology for renewable energy development due to its fast response and high flexibility. It is not only useful for peak shaving and valley filling, but also for improving power quality, and its emergency response capability in the post-disaster recovery process cannot be ignored. This paper proposes a distribution network resilience planning that takes into account the emergency response capability of energy storage in the whole process of post-disaster recovery. A two-layer planning model for distribution network resilience enhancement is built considering both the grid enhancement and the energy storage allocation strategies. The source-grid-load-storage interaction model is systematically portrayed in the whole process of post-disaster recoveries such as the distribution network grid reconstruction, the equipment repair and the power restoration after extreme disasters. Finally, the analysis in the IEEE 33-node system shows that the proposed method is able to fully exploit the emergency response potential of the energy storage, effectively improve the accuracy of the enhanced planning decisions and obtain a better return on investment. ? 2024 Power System Technology Press.
