摘要

  This study selected of Staphylococcus aureus from the point of microbiological safety.Detected 58strains biofilm-forming ability by crystal violet staining quantitatively.Associated genes oficaA、 icaD、 icaBC、agr、 atlE and aap were amplified by PCR.The result demonstrated formation of biofilm could be found macroscopically in all strains.Which generated 3 strain biofilm strong adhesion,accounting for 5.2%;moderate biofilm ability 23 strains,accounting for 39.7%;weak adhesion biofilms ability 32 ,accounting for 55.2%.icaA was amplified in 48 isolates and icaD and icaBC in 56 and 57 sWains,respectively.agr,aap and atlE were amplified in56,53 and 57 isolates.The experiment concluded that the ica operon ofS.aureus biofilm formation is necessary,aap genes may act as an independent factor for S.aureus biofilm formation.atlE,agr gene were necessary for biofilm formation and prevalent in Staphylococcus aureus.
