<正>Systemic light chain(AL) amyloidosis is a rare protein misfolding and deposition disorder. The clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow of AL amyloidosis patients secrete an abnormal immunoglobulin or its fragment, which is deposited in various organs and leads to organ dysfunction. The incidence in the USA is 8-14/million [1], whereas the incidence in China is undetermined.
