摘要
The microstructure and wear resistance behavior of the Cu-17Ni-3A1-X alloy casted and extruded at different temperatures were investigated by fretting friction and wear testing ,hardness and tensile tests, optical and SEM analysis. The result shows that the extruded alloys have a certain reduction of wear volume compared with the casts , and obtain the best wear resistance by 54% reduction of wear volume when extruded at 1000℃C.The dominant wear mechanism of the alloys were adhesive wear and abrasive wear. The improvement of the wear resistance of the alloys is mainly attributed to the grain refmement after extruding, which reduces the adhesive wear of the α(Cu) matrix accordingly.
