摘要

  In the experiment, the preparation of Fe2O3-TiO2 crystalline glaze which is applied to is made by titanium oxide, ironic oxide, glass powder, quartz, talcum, limestone and some other raw materials.By means of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment method, effects of ironic oxide content, titanium oxide content, firing temperature and holding time and some other technological factors on the quality of the glaze were studied, and the optimizing raw materials formula and firing system for the crystalline glaze was as follow, we found that raw materials formula of the glaze (wt.%): titanium oxide 10.2, glass power 37.76, quartz 20.41, talcum 7.14, limestone 20.41, glaze thickness: 1.0 mm:Firing system: firing temperature 1260 ℃ :holding time 45 minute.
