摘要
ZnO thin films with a-axis orientation were prepared by microemulsion method on glass substrates.The zinc acetate precursor solution was formed in reverse micelle system with cyclohexane,CTAB,isopropyl alcohol and H2O.The thin films were fabricated by spin-coating and sintered at 500℃.The morphology,structure and optical property were characterized by XRD,SEM,STM and UV-VIS spectrophotometer.The results revealed that the thin films were composed of many sheetlike ZnO nanograins with a-axis orientation.Due to the structure of ZnO,it was presented that the a-axis orientation resulted from the repulsion between the polar c-axis plane of ZnO and the non-polar glass substrate.
