摘要
User-side distributed energy storage is a kind of high-quality adjustable resource which can provide auxiliary services such as peak shaving and demand response for power grid. With the increasing installation of user-side distributed storage, how to make effectively use of the user-side distributed energy storage is one of the key issues of future development of power system and power market. In view of the current demand for distributed energy storage, this paper proposes an operation platform architecture design, which is deployed separately from provincial energy storage management platform and storage operation platform, and discusses the communication technology and data model which support the operation of platform from five perspectives including system architecture, physical architecture, functional, application architecture and technical architecture.
