铝/钛三维互穿复合材料的制备和力学性能

摘要

Nano structured Al alloy/TC4 interpenetrating-phase composites were fabricated through the combination of selective laser melting and heat extrusion. The effects of extrusion ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results indicate that the cylindrical TC4 porous structure sare hardly destroyed during the process of hot extrusion, which presents a mixture of strip like α and β phases, while nano structured Al alloy area consists of nano crystalline FCC-Al and nano-sized Al-rich intermetallic compound. With extrusion ratio increase, α, β phases and nano-size phases in the nano structured Al alloy areas are refined, where the tensile strength is increased continuously, however the elongation is decreased from 5% to 4%. ? 2022, Journal Office of Special Casting and Nonferrous Alloys.
