摘要
A low-noise preamplifier is designed for the diamond detector. The amplifier adopts negative feedback and a two-stage cascade structure. The input stage uses minimum noise figure matching to reduce system noise, and the output stage uses conjugate matching to increase system gain. The simulation results show that the amplifier has a gain of 32. 5 dB within 10 MHz~2 GHz, the gain flatness is less than 1 dB, the noise figure is less than 1. 5 dB, and the input and output return loss are less than-10 dB.
