<正>Key facts Definition:herniation of abdominal contents into chest typically viaposterior defect in diagphram(foramen of Bochdalek).Classis imagingappearance:cystic mass(bowel and stomach)within fetal thorax with deviationof heart to right.85%-90% are left-sided(Remaider are either right-sided,bilateral,or retrosternal through foramen of Morgagni).Up to 50% of congential diagphragmatic hernia(CDH) will have an associated abnormality.
