Benign metastasizing leiomyoma (BML) is a rare lesion characterized by benign-appearing smooth muscle tumor most frequently occurring in the lung.It is usually associated with a benign leiomyoma or intravenous leiomyomatosis(IVL) in the uterus once or at present.
