Inserci車n de las mujeres en el sector cient赤fico-tecnol車gico en la Argentina (1984-2006)

In the present work we analysed the entrance, the permanence and the promotion of two groups of researchers between years 1984 and 2006 in the CONICET, main organism dedicated to the scientific research in Argentina. In the studied period we noticed that the inequalities between women and men persist although a favorable evolution in the insertion of the women in the scientific sector is observed. En el presente trabajo se analiz車 el ingreso, la permanencia y la promoci車n de dos grupos de investigadoras/es entre los a os 1984 y 2006 en el CONICET, principal organismo dedicado a la investigaci車n cient赤fica en la Argentina. En el per赤odo estudiado notamos que las desigualdades entre mujeres y varones persisten aunque se observa una evoluci車n favorable en la inserci車n de las mujeres en el sector cient赤fico-tecnol車gico.
