大麻韧皮纤维不同制浆方法纸浆性能的研究

摘要

In this paper,the bast fiber of industrial hemp was used as raw material. The chemical composition and fiber morphology were analyzed. The results showed that the industrial hemp fiber had a high content of nitrate-ethanol cellulose,reaching 70.6%,while the lignin content was relatively low,only 9.6%. The average length of the fiber was 20.47 mm,the average width of the fiber was 22.50 μm,and the length and width ratio was 909.78,which was a high quality raw material for paper making. Then three different methods of soda-anthraquinone (NaOH-AQ),sulfate (KP) and alkaline subsodium-anthraquinone (AS-AQ) were used to prepare the pulp. Compared with commercial pulp,AS-AQ pulp had obvious advantages over NaOH-AQ pulp and KP pulp in terms of pulp yield,brightness,intrinsic viscosity and paper physical strength performance. So that AS-AQ was an ideal method for hemp bast fiber. ? 2023 China Technical Association of Paper Industry.
