Informatization for the tissue paper enterprises is an efficient way to solve the disconnection problem of producing process and the business management. Taking the Manufacturing Execution System(MES) of Vinda as a study case, this paper demonstrated some of its functions, including fluctuation analysis, fault diagnosis, data benchmarking, and equipment monitoring,revealed the importance of the informatization for the production cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as upgrading enterprise's delicacy management.
