Steam power system is an important part of coal chemical industry, which provides steam and power for the process. To resolve the contradiction between energy and economic profits in coal gasification steam powersystem, we established mathematical models involving key equipment such as boiler, turbine, steam converter valve and deaerator. The obtained mathematical model was a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model. After optimization, the coal consumption reduced, the power supply was more reasonable, the average comprehensive thermal efficiency of the full-period increased by 1.35%, the total operating cost reduced by 2.2%, and the efficient energy use and economic benefit of the enterprise increased. ? 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Chemical Reaction Engineering and Technology.
