摘要
In order to satisfy the requirement of an institution of Chinese medical science,a HD video synthesizer is realized,and the synthetic video can be watched by remote learner.Based on the design and realization of the HD video synthesizer, the paper focuses on zoom of image,synchronization control and identical frame rate.
