O objetivo foi avaliar a concentra o de a 迆cares no n谷ctar de soja (Glycine max L. Merrill) em 芍reas com ou sem a presen a de abelhas Apis mellifera L. Foi utilizada a variedade Coodetec 207 em quatro tratamentos: 芍rea de 24 m2 coberta com col nia de abelhas africanizadas em seu interior; 芍rea semicoberta com livre acesso para insetos visitantes; 芍rea livre e 芍rea coberta sem abelhas. As flores foram coletadas durante tr那s dias, a cada 2h. e a concentra o dos a 迆cares totais por flor foi determinada por espectrofotometria. A 芍rea coberta com abelha apresentou maior concentra o de a 迆cares totais em rela o 角 芍rea coberta sem abelhas e livre, contudo, aconcentra o de a 迆cares totais na 芍rea livre n o diferiu da concentra o observada na 芍rea coberta sem abelhas. Houve redu o na concentra o m谷dia de sacarose na 芍rea livre, diferindo das concentra es nas demais 芍reas. A concentra o m谷dia de glicose n o diferiu entre os tratamentos, enquanto que a de frutose n o apresentou diferen a entre as 芍reas cobertas com abelhas, semicoberta e livre. A variedade Coodetec 207 da soja apresentou maior concentra o total de a 迆cares e de frutose nas 芍reas cobertas com abelhas. Contudo, a presen a de Apis mellifera n o interferiu nesta concentra o de a 迆cares no n谷ctar das flores de soja desta variedade. This research was carried out to evaluate the sugar concentration in soybean nectar in areas with Africanized honeybee colonies. The var. Coodetec 207 was used in four treatments: 24 m2 covered area with Africanized honeybee colony inside, semi-covered area for free insect visitation, uncovered area, and covered area without insect visitation. Flowers were harvested for three days at two-hour intervals, and the total sugar concentration per flower was determined by spectrophotometry. The covered area with Africanized honeybee colony presented higher sugar concentration than the covered area without insect visitation; however, the sugar concentration in the uncovered area did not differ from the concentration observed in the covered area without honeybees. There was a reduction in the average of sucrose concentration in the uncovered area, different from concentrations in other areas. The glucose concentration did not differ among treatments, whereas fructose did not differ between the areas covered with honeybees, semi-covered and uncovered area. Thesoybean var. Coodetec 207 presented higher total sugar and fructose concentrations in the covered area with honeybee colonies. However, the presence of Apis mellifera did not influence this sugar concentration in the
