商业航天是推动空间信息产业发展、建设航天强国的重要力量,已成为全球科技、产业竞争的重点领域。为进一步实施基础研究领先行动,北京市自然科学基金从多方面加强对基础研究前瞻性、战略性、系统性布局,围绕商业航天、集成电路、生物医药等领域探索开展跨区域联合基金领域化布局,并率先在商业航天领域启动有关工作并发布2024年度北京市自然科学基金商业航天领域联合基金项目指南(以下简称商业航天领域指南)。
商业航天领域指南针对佰才邦、天兵科技、英视睿达、星河动力、中科宇航5家联合基金企业合作方的实际需求,将重点围绕可复用火箭总体设计、火箭推进技术、卫星组网与通信、宇航遥感与监测等领域关键科学问题开展布局,共设置33个指南方向,包括14个重点研究专题指南和19个前沿项目指南(重点研究专题资助强度100万元/项,前沿项目资助强度30万元/项),资助经费共计3000万元。鼓励优势科研团队围绕企业提供的应用场景开展研究,形成创新突破。
商业航天领域指南是市自然科学基金申报工作的指导性文件,相关项目申请工作将于5月下旬启动,特此通告。
